Dr. Itay Bengad
CEO
Itay Co founded Agency Insurance Partners in August 2023 with the mission of bringing life-saving services to everyone, while helping independent agencies to grow their business faster.

Prior to that, Itay served as the CEO for Sensa insurance, working closely with independent agencies. Previously, he practiced medicine as a physician.

Itay earned his Medical Doctor degree at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, IL.

Gilad Avrashi

Gilad co founded Agency Insurance Partners with a passion for making independent agencies day-to-day work seamless using advanced technology and generative Artificial Intelligence.

Pior to AIP, Gilad developed technologies to support independent agencies serving as Sensa insurance CTO.

He holds Msc in electrical engineering with specialty in AI algorithms from Israel Institute of Technology, IL.

Bob Jones
Chief Agencies Officer
Bob Jones is the Chief Agencies Officer. He was the prior AVP of Independent Insurance Agency Operations at AAA-ACG and held similar roles with Sensa, Progressive and Electric Insurance.
His agency experience also comes from his role as President and acting Director of Madison Independent Agency Network, as well as the AVP of the AAA East Central Joint Venture.
He holds a BS in Business Management, with an emphasis in Communications and Economics from Western Kentucky University
